Fill out this form to apply to attend the first ever blogathon event. As you fill out this form, you’ll provide us with:

The information we’ll use to give you proper credit when we publish your blog on our website, including your name, byline, and any optional social media links you would like us to include.
Which blog theme you’d like to explore and a brief description of what you plan to write about. You can pitch up to three separate ideas to us.
Your consent to follow our code of conduct.
Email and postal service mailing information to receive swag from the event.

This event is 100% free, but space is limited. Current and former members of The Good Docs Project will automatically be invited.

This event is very experimental and it’s our first time hosting it, so we don’t know exactly how many people will apply. If we get 50 applications or fewer (25 per session), everyone who applies gets to attend. If we get more than that, we’ll be more selective, basing our decisions on the quality of your blog ideas.

We will try to let as many people who want to attend join our event. Everyone who applies will automatically be added to a waitlist and will be notified if a slot is available.

Applications to attend are due September 23, 2026. We’ll inform you about whether your application is accepted by October 3, 2026. See the full list of dates and deadlines for additional actions you might need to take if your application is accepted.
